Add 1 dessertspoon of Yarrow, lavandin, rosemary herb mixture into boiling water (150-200ml) and boil (8 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 2 times a day, 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
