Sage (Salvia officinalis)

The parts of the Sage herb with the right type are selected, separated and packaged according to Prof Saracoglu methods.

Add 1 dessert spoon of Sage to 1 glass of boiling chlorine-free water (150-200ml) and boil (7-8 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

If you can not boil, 1 dessert spoon of the Sage herb can be added to 1 glass of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200ml) and wait for 10 minutes with a lid.

Consume 2 times a day after breakfast and 15 minutes before going to sleep.

Can be used as a mouthwash, 3 times a day after breakfast, lunch and 15 minutes before going to sleep.
As nasal drops,5 drops of the solution could be dropped in both nostrils 3 times a day

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
