Nettle (Urtica dioica)

The parts of the Nettle herb with the right type are selected, separated and packaged according to Prof Saracoglu methods.

Add 1 dinner spoon of Nettle herb into boiling water (150-200ml) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 1 time a day, half hour after breakfast.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.

It needs to be prepared fresh each time.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
