Product details

Aylam Lavender Oil is 100% pure Lavandula angustifolia, distilled from lavender flowers and bottled at food-grade quality.

We source it directly from farmers and agricultural engineers in Türkiye — paying fairly, keeping the chain transparent, and protecting the plant's natural character from field to bottle.

Size: 20 ml
Botanical name: Lavandula angustifolia
Quality: Food grade
Packaging: Glass bottle
Additives: None

Soft, floral and clean, with the calming sweetness lavender is loved for — and none of the sharp, camphor-like edge of common lavandin oils. True Lavandula angustifolia is naturally rich in linalool, which gives it the smoothest, most refined aroma of all lavender varieties: gently sweet, lightly spiced, never soapy.

The flavour is concentrated — one or two drops is all a dish needs. Use it where you want a gentle lavender note: desserts, baking, syrups, lemonade, tea or cocktails. It pairs naturally with honey, lemon and mint.

Our lavender grows in Güneysınır, on the Konya plateau in Türkiye — high-altitude fields at around 1,100 metres, where hot, dry summer days and cool nights let Lavandula angustifolia develop its full aromatic character.

The flowers are harvested in season and taken fresh to the local steam-distillation house, where stainless-steel stills draw out the oil in a single gentle run. It takes 75–100 kg of flowers to make just one kilogram of oil — which is why every 20 ml bottle carries a whole field behind it.

We buy directly from the growers, who are organised in a local agricultural cooperative, and work alongside agricultural engineers at every step. That closeness means a fair price for the farmer, a transparent chain, and a clean, single-origin oil with nothing added.

Culinary — add 1–2 drops to a dish, drink, or dessert for a subtle lavender note.

Try it with:

  • Cakes, cookies, shortbread and ice cream
  • Honey, syrups and jams
  • Lemonade, tea and cocktails
  • Whipped cream and custards

Aromatherapy — a few drops in a diffuser, diluted in a carrier oil for massage, or in a scent sachet.

Always dilute — never use undiluted.

Ingredients:
100% Lavandula angustifolia oil (natural flavouring). No additives, no artificial fragrance.

Food grade. A little goes a long way — use by the drop.

Allergen note: lavender may cause a reaction in people sensitive to it. If unsure, start with a single drop.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place with the lid closed, away from direct sunlight.

Kept well, the oil holds its aroma and character for a long time.

Straight from the farmers

Grown by farmers we know, in Türkiye.

We buy this lavender oil directly from the farmers who grow it, working alongside agricultural engineers to get the most from each harvest.

That closeness means a fair price for the grower, a transparent chain, and a real say in quality — so what reaches your kitchen is pure Lavandula angustifolia and nothing else.

It's a small bottle, but it carries the whole field behind it.

“Pay the grower well, keep it honest, and the quality follows.”

What makes this small bottle special.

Pure essential oil takes patience. Every 20 ml bottle starts as roughly two kilograms of lavender flowers — an armful of the field, reduced to a few hundred drops.

For this bottle alone, around 2 kg of Lavandula angustifolia is cut at peak bloom, when the flowers hold the most aroma.

Harvest

The flowers go into the steam still fresh, the same day. Over a two-hour run, the oil rises with the steam and separates — drop by drop.

Distil

Purity confirmed by lab analysis, quality checked with agricultural engineers, held to a food-grade standard.

Check & grade

20 ml of pure oil goes into amber glass, with nothing added. From two kilograms of flowers to the bottle in your hand.

A FAMILY LABEL STORY

A small bottle, with a whole field behind it.

Lavender oil is precious — it takes a lot of flowers to fill one small glass bottle. That's why we keep it to 20 ml and price it honestly: €99,75 per 100 ml reflects the work in the field, not a markup.

Buying directly from farmers, with agricultural engineers alongside, is how we keep it pure and fair at the same time.

“Use it by the drop — it’s meant to last.”
