Add 1 dessertspoon of Lady's mantle, horsetail, sage herb mixture into boiling water (150-200ml) and boil (10 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 2 times a day, 2 hours after breakfast and dinner.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
