Honeycomb Paper Roll

Honeycomb paper is the plastic-free alternative to bubble wrap. Pull it off the roll and the die-cut kraft paper expands into a springy honeycomb structure. Wrap it around your product and the cells grip into each other, forming a cushion that holds its shape and absorbs shocks in transit.

One material does the work of two: it wraps like bubble wrap and fills empty space like loose chips. That means one roll on the packing bench instead of three boxes of different materials. And because it is nothing but paper, your customer puts it out with the paper recycling without a second thought – no separating, no plastic in the bin.

Which size do you need?
✓ 38 cm x 50 m (approx. 19 m²) – for small webshops, freelancers and the home office. A roll you can lift with one hand, for occasional shipping, moving house and gift wrapping.
✓ 50 cm x 250 m (approx. 125 m²) – for daily shipping and warehouse use. A wider web for larger products and five times the paper per roll, at the lowest cost per metre.

We have packed our own natural products this way for years and import the paper directly. That is why we can offer it without a wholesaler's warehouse in between.

Pull the paper off the roll and stretch it gently sideways – the honeycomb opens up. Lay your product in the middle, fold the paper around it and press the edges together; the cells catch and hold. For fragile items, wrap twice. Crumple any leftover paper to fill the empty corners of the box.

Works straight off the roll by hand. A dispenser makes it faster if you pack every day.
