Where we ship
We ship from Vijfhuizen, the Netherlands, with PostNL to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the rest of the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may refuse or cancel orders to destinations subject to sanctions or carrier restrictions; in that case you are refunded in full.

Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order value after discounts. For Germany, Austria and the EU zones the threshold rises slightly with parcel weight (up to € 87 / € 89.90 / € 95–103); the exact amount is shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Orders placed on a working day before 16:00 are handed to PostNL the same day. Indicative delivery times after dispatch: Netherlands 1–2 working days · Belgium 2–3 · Germany and Austria 3–5 · rest of the EU 3–7 · United Kingdom and non-EU Europe 5–8 · rest of the world 7–14. These are estimates, not guarantees; peak periods and customs checks can add time.
Track & Trace
You receive a PostNL Track & Trace link by e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Pick up in Vijfhuizen
You can collect your order free of charge from our showroom at Kromme Spieringweg 325a, 2141 BT Vijfhuizen. Choose "Pick up" at checkout and wait for our e-mail confirming that your order is ready.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT and any customs handling fees charged in the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel on arrival. If it is damaged, or if an item is missing or incorrect, contact us at info@aylam.eu as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, so that we can resolve it with PostNL and send a replacement or refund. If Track & Trace shows no delivery after the indicative delivery time, contact us and we will open an inquiry with PostNL.
