Add 3 dessertspoons of Harmal seeds into boiling water (1000mL) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid.
Steam for 2 minutes. After two minutes, dip a cotton ball in the solution and apply it thoroughly to the inner parts of both nostrils.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
