Harmal seeds (Peganum harmala) - 180 g

The parts of Harmal seeds with the right type are selected, separated and packaged according to Prof Saracoglu methods.

Add 3 dessertspoons of Harmal seeds into boiling water (1000ml) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid.

Steam for 2 minutes. After two minutes, dip a cotton ball in the solution and apply it thoroughly to the inner parts of both nostrils.

It needs to be prepared fresh each time.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
