Add 1 Form mixed herbal teabag into boiling water (150-200ml) and infuse for 5 minutes.

Consume, first week 2 times a day, 2 hours after breakfast and dinner. Second week, 1 time a day, 2 hours after dinner

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
