Creeping thyme (Thymus serpyllum)

The parts of Wild/Creeping thyme herb with the right type are selected, separated and packaged according to Prof Saracoglu methods.

Add 1 dessertspoon of Creeping thyme into boiling water (150-200ml) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 1 time a day on an empty stomach.

Also applicable for external use.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.

It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
