It is known that Black grape extract helps/supports during anemia and chronic fatigue. Furthermore, supports immune system and helps during body resistance.

Consume 1 dessertspoon of Black grape extract (full) before breakfast and dinner.
Diabetic should consume 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach.
Food supplement application during Ramadan is 2 hours after iftar, 15 minutes before sahur.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Never put a wet spoon or similar material into the product. After opening the Black grape extract should be stored in the refrigerator.
