Turmeric powder (Curcuma longa)

Add 1 dessertspoon of Turmeric powder into boiling water (150-200ml) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 1 time a day, on an empty stomach

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.

It needs to be prepared fresh each time.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
