Sesame is separated from foreign substances by sieve, peeled and washed. Carefully dried without contact with air. After roasting and cooling stage, the product is sieved and after being drawn with air, it is passed through grinding mills twice and finally through natural stone mills to form Tahini. The most valuable trick of using a natural stone mill at the last stage is; to reduce the product to a low micron, to further increase its consistency and flavor.
Tahini contains phosphorus, calcium, iron, vitamin B1 and fiber. It is known that Tahini helps strengthens muscle, bones and children's brain develoment.
