Prof Saracoglu strained citrus honey is obtained from orange orchards in Antalya Finike (Turkiye) region. The orange flowers that bloom in the spring. This honey offers a unique honey pleasure with its partially light color and light taste.
Preparation Technique
Honeycombs taken from beehives in the apiary are turned into strained honey in tents set up inside the apiary. The strained honey, filled into cans, is sent to the processing center. After receiving accreditation from the laboratory, the accepted honey is heated up to 40 degrees here and passed through coarse filters to remove honeycomb wax and other particles. The filling process is completed in this state.
