Add 1 dinner spoon of Nettle, mallow leaves herb mixture into boiling water (150-200ml) and boil (6 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 2 times a day, 15 minutes before a meal.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
