Apply an adequate amount of Nettle shampoo on your hair and scalp, lathering it gently with a light massage. Then, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Repeat as needed. Suitable for frequent use.

Note: Since no salt is used in the shampoo, it can be comfortably applied to keratin-treated hair.
