Pressing technique is generally the oldest method used to extract the liquid phase from a material consisting of solid and liquid phases, also known as filtration under pressure. The fundamental basis of this technique involves the extraction of oil from the raw material under pressure, pushing it out of the seeds. From a production perspective, after cleaning foreign materials from the oily seed raw material, the squeezing process occurs in presses without subjecting it to high temperatures. Subsequently, a simple filtering process prepares the oils for sale. Oils obtained through cold pressing technique stand out in terms of nutritional value because they are not exposed to high temperatures (40–50 °C) during the process, no solvents are used during oil extraction from the raw material, and they retain higher levels of natural antioxidants, phospholipids, cerebrosides, carotenoids, and phytosterols, which are partly removed during the refining stages of conventional oil production.

Introduction of Use
1 tablespoon on an empty stomach once a day.

Dosage for Almond oil Use:
It is not recommended for children under 1 year
For 1-3 years old 1 teaspoon daily
For 3-5 years old 1 dessert spoon daily
For ages 5 and above 1 tablespoon daily

Hair, Eyebrow and Eyelash Care:
2 tablespoons of Almond Oil and 1 teaspoon of Garlic Oil can be mixed and applied twice a week on the area.
Anti-Crack:
Before going to bed, massage the skin with circular movements for half an hour every day.
Due to the cold pressed production of Prof Saracoglu Almond Oil and not chemically and heat treated, it is recommended to be consumed within 60 days after opening. However, this period depends entirely on the usage and storage conditions of the consumer. For this reason, it will not be very accurate to give an exact date regarding usage periods. If it is kept in a cool place away from heat and light and its cover is kept closed completely, the period may be 4-6 months and 1 year depending on the product type.
