Crush 1 dessertspoon of Flax seed in a mortar and mix with yogurt

or

Crush 1 dessertspoon of Flax seed in a mortar, add into 1 boiled glass of chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (7 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 2 times a day, half hour before breakfast and dinner.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.

It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
