Add 1 dessertspoon of Roselle herb into 1 glasses of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200ml) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.
Consume 3 times a day, 2 hours after a meal.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
