Take a boiled glass of chlorine-free drinking water into a glass and wait till the temperature of the water reaches ca 45-50°C. Add a dessertspoon of olive leaves and leave to infuse for at least 6 hours (maxiumum 10) with lid and filter after infusion time is completed.
Consume 2 times a day, 30 minutes before breakfast & dinner or lunch & dinner.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
