Add 1 piece of Cinnamon bark into 1 boiled glass with chlorine-free water (150-200ml) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.
Consume 1 time a day, 15 minutes before dinner. It is recommended to not consume more than 2 glasses a day. Recommended to use for a maximum of 1 month.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
