What is TAB Vitamins Passiflora Plus?

TAB Vitamins Passiflora Plus is a botanical food supplement combining four traditionally used calming herbs — Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), and Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) — with L-Theanine and active Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, P-5-P) in a single daily tablet.

The formula brings together four well-known botanicals with a long history of traditional use, at meaningful doses: 300 mg of Passionflower extract, 150 mg each of Valerian and Lemon Balm, and 100 mg of Chamomile extract. These are complemented by 50 mg of L-Theanine and 1.4 mg of Vitamin B6 as P-5-P — the active coenzyme form that the body utilises directly. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Food supplements should be used responsibly and in accordance with individual dietary needs.

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C), out of reach of children.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding: This product contains Valerian, Passionflower, and Lemon Balm extracts, which are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your doctor before use.

Sedative medications: Valerian, Passionflower, and Lemon Balm may enhance the effect of sedative or sleep-inducing medications. Do not combine with sedatives, anxiolytics, or alcohol without medical advice.

Driving and operating machinery: Due to the calming botanicals in this formula, caution is advised when driving or operating heavy machinery, particularly at the start of use.

Medication interactions: Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any prescription medication, particularly CNS-active or psychiatric medications.
