The highest quality seeds are selected and produced healthy snacks from the seed-press residue, which is a result of the production of Cold Pressed Oils with a rich content. The selected seeds, after going through rigorous processes, will reach you as finished products in two different segments: edible cold-pressed oils and protein bars. This process is highly valuable to Prof Saracoglu brand and aligns with their brand philosophy, enabling consumers to fully benefit from these seed products.

Using by-products with a rich content by utilizing 10% of the residue, Prof Saracoglu bar series are introduced. Prof Saracoglu bar series consists of Pumpkin seed protein bar, Flax seed fit bar, Fig seed collagen bar and Pomegranate seed fiber bar.

In the four different products the following main seeds are used; Pumpkin Seeds, Pomegranate Seeds, Fig Seeds, and Flax Seeds. Each of bars are entirely natural and incredibly delicious healthy snacks.
