The parts of the Wheat herb with the right type are selected, separated and packaged according to Prof Saracoglu methods.

Add 1 dinner spoon of Wheat into 1 L boiling water and boil (10 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.


Consume the first half after breakfast and the other half 30 minutes before lunch.


It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
