Add 1 dessertspoon of Mint, camomile, linden herb mixture into boiling water (150-200mL) and boil (7 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 3 times a day, 15 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
