Add 1 dessertspoon of Heather herb into boiling water (150-200mL) and boil (4 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.
Consume 1 time a day, before a meal.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
