Add 1 dessert spoon of lady's mantle, yarrow, st. john's wort herb mixture into 1 glasses of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (8 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 2 times a day, half hour before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner.
