The parts of the Walnut leaves, yarrow herb mixture with the right type are selected, separated and packaged according to Prof Saracoglu methods.

Add 4 dinner spoons of walnut leaves, yarrow herb mixture into 3 L boiling water and boil for 8 minutes on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot. This process could be repeated for max. 4 times a week, 1 per day.

It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
