Ingredients

100% Wheat (Triticum Aestivum)
Prof Saracoglu Wheat does not contain additives.

Introduction of Use

Add 1 dinner spoon of Wheat into 1 L boiling water and boil (10 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.


Consume the first half after breakfast and the other half 30 minutes before lunch.


It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
